A bit of both! In essence, I am an entrepreneur just like you. I offer my time, experience and knowledge to help you achieve your true potential (and then guard from falling over!).
Not much at all! Partly, it would depend on what kind of engagement we are involved in – Value Builder, Outsourcing or Marketing. But all the services are offered on a hybrid fee model where a reasonable fee accounts for my time and the results you get fuel my rocket.
The services are largely inter-related but then not everyone needs everything. They are separated for you to choose where you need our support. The Value Builder engagement though typically touches on benefits of the other two services but then we figure out the needs based on our engagement.
Generally, both getting to success and managing yourself post-success for bigger things comes from self-awareness as an entrepreneur. I look for us to work on that aspect in addition to the business as this is the area where a significant challenge lies.
I like to be more of a sounding board and someone who offers support, ideas, alternatives and experiences for you to improve your business with. It is expected to be a relationship that involves us all putting best efforts but of course with celebrations for every success!
